About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Supervisor to oversee and maintain the integrity, performance, and security of our network infrastructure across all operational locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure across central and district offices
• Ensure network uptime and respond to outages or disruptions promptly
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, access points, and firewalls
• Supervise connectivity for biometric ID registration and card production units
• Support staff in resolving networking or connectivity issues
• Document network architecture, devices, IP schema, and protocols
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data protection compliance
• Coordinate with third-party IT support providers or telecom companies if required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing enterprise networks
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, and routing
• Experience with cloud-based environments and hybrid setups
• Certification in CCNA/CompTIA Network is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
